Cette technique récente a pour objet de placer la vigne en
concurence avec d'autres végétaux.
Cette lutte contraint la vigne à puiser sa nourriture au
plus profond de ce terroir qui a fait la finesse
et la réputation des vins de Saumur.
D'autre part, la présence d'une vie micro-organique
limite l'apparition des maladies.

8O% of the Domain’s production in Saumur-Champigny goes into the “Trézéllières , making of it, the house’s flagship wine. The wine-making techniques used by Patrick Vadé with the Cabernet Franc,here, give a spontaneous,fruity and elegant wine. Drunk at a coolish 13-15°, you will enjoy it all through the meal.

Made out of “ Chenin “ variety, this Saumur Blanc is a dry,yet fruity wine.Its floral notes and supple richness make of it the ideal wine to accompany seafood and fish. Only an average of IO.OOO bottles, is produced every year.

This prestigious cuvée is elaborated only when all the conditions required are optimal. Previous to the “vendanges”,a thinning of the yield takes place in order to pick “choosily” the best grapes possible,which are then destemmed ,to go through a lengthy temperature-monitored fermentation ( 2O-28 days ) aiming to extract from the “ Franc “ its two main qualities: Strength and finesse.To enjoy Léa at its best, drink at room temperature ( 16° - 18° )
